The Missouri Mappers Association (M.M.A.) displays this statement to
disclose standard practices and intentions for our web site located
at http://www.missourimappers.org. If you feel we are not abiding
by the following statement, you should contact M.M.A. by email.

M.M.A. is the sole owner of the information collected on this site.
We will not sell, share, or rent this information to others in ways
different from what is disclosed in this statement. M.M.A. may collect
information from our members and other interested parties at different
instances in our pages. As of December 18, 2003 only information
submitted by a visitor, to our pages, is being collected by us.
Registration
In order to use portions of this web site, M.M.A members may be required
to complete a registration form. Information gathered in these processes
will only be used by M.M.A. to establish access rights to areas of
this site and not to establish mail lists.

At this time, the use of a cookie has not been utilized by M.M.A..
As features and the interactivity of this site change, it is possible
a cookie will be used to expedite a process or to remember a visitor's

We may send M.M.A. site update announcements periodically when warranted.
Site update announcements will generally include significant redesign
and interactive content additions.
Correction/Updating Personal Information
If a member/visitor's personally identifiable information changes (such
as name or email), M.M.A. will provide a way to correct, update or
remove the data provided to us. A good place to start would be to
contact the WebMaster for this site.
Choice/Opt-In/Opt-out
Visitors to this site have the option to opt-in or opt-out of subscribing
to or unsubscribing to our email list. At this time no information
is being collected by outside parties on our site.
